You walk through the halls of the Jeffersonian. It's definitely past twelve o'clock now and you're starting to wonder why you decided to stay so late. Oh, that's right. You think bitterly. It's because there's a psycho killer out there and you're supposed to be the one to catch them. You work in one of Washington's most prestigious buildings, yet you can't find the murderer who has been terrorizing Washington's people for weeks now.
- In the state of Washington, December 2010, murders are becoming more and more frequent. The killer(s) have yet to be found and the murders are shedding more and more blood with each kill.
The murderer uses a different weapon and technique each time he/she kills, leading Dr. Brennan and her friends to believe there is more than one murderer.
Will the team catch the person/people responsible for these murders, or will death wash over Washington?
