This bridge once bustling with the sound of traffic now is silence as people are removed from the equation and only the cars remain.

The air was humid and salty, the sun beating down on Samantha's head. This all wasn't part of the deal... but then again nobody ever give full details for a fight. Well it didn't matter, the sun was beating and her muscles were stiff... but not as stiff as usual. It may be because of the heat or the sea air but she felt a little loose. Perfect for the fight at hand.

So there she stood, a top a car, bo staff behind her neck as she hung arms loosely over the staff as she waited for her opponent to show his face to her. A breeze came and lightly blew her hair out of her face and a figure came into her sight.

Marcus walked between the cars, coming from the opposite end of were his opponent came from. This wasn't the first time Marcus had been to San Fransisco. He's been there as a kid when his parents had first started taking him to travel around the world, before everything changed in the jungle. After a few moments of walking Marcus finally spotted his opponent standing on top of a car.

As he finally came up to the person he realized it was a women. He new that this woman was dangerous, he could feel it, but that didn't mean he couldn't have some fun, besides the fight, while he was here. Marcus grinned as he said "So your my opponent huh? Thats a shame, I don't really like hurting beautiful things." He then drew his sword, wild thorn, and motioned with his other hand for the girl to come at him. "Now, come."

Samantha glared at her opponent.
Again they don't give details but for first impressions she had to say he was over-confident. Complimenting her was not going to get him an upper hand in the fight. She release left hand letting the bo staff flip over her neck and into her right hand. She gave it a spin as she side hopped off the left side of the car.
I don't give a damn what you think is beutiful, all you should be thinking about is how this is going to end.
As soon as she was done saying it she stopped the bo staff and with her left hand when into launching a silo of fists at her opponent.

"Quite the temper you have there miss." He said as he started to dodge the flurry of punches. Eventually the speed became a bit much for Marcus and he rolled backward out of the attack's path. After coming out of the role He immediately back flipped on to the hood of a car, landing in a crouch. He grinned as he said to the woman "Impressive, now let me show you one of my tricks."

He then jumped from the hood of the car to twenty feet in the air above the woman. While in the air he concentrated on the woman, readying a fire spell. As he started to come down a burst of fire appeared in front of the woman's face, hopefully blocking his view of him. He then posed his blade and made a vertical slash with his sword as he came down on her.

(used dodge role to dodge the punches, used the Fire spell, and then attacked with a normal attack.)

Samantha followed her opponent's movement until that point he launched that fire at her. Thinking quickly she exhaled letting magic flow through her as she leaned forward and dashed to quickly get out of the way. However the sight of the sword surprised her, but with quickened movements she twisted her whole body 180 as she grabbed her jutten with her left hand to block the blade. Landing on the ground wasn't really good for her body but then again neither was a sword.

Marcus was surprised that this lady was fast enough to block his attack. His surprise turned to understanding though when he felt the magic coming from here. She was using haste. That speed waste very useful though when trapped against the ground. Marcus pushed all his wait on to his blade in order to keep her pinned on the ground.

One of his hand left the blade to draw his revolver "Lucky seven", the muscles in the other arm tightened in order to pick up the slack of holding the girl down. He pointed his gun at her stomach and grin a mischievous grin as he fired three times at point blank range.

BLAM! BLAM! BLAM!
Three shot and all hell broke loose. Samantha was in immense pain but sound didn't come out instead she just cough up blood as it streamed to the ground. Her mind was quicken now and the only she could think was to escape this hold. With her right hand she swung the Bo staff aiming for Marcus' head.

((Under the influence of Haste for 4 turns (Extended Haste) Using Blunt Weapon Ardent with Bo for an attack.))

Though Marcus saw the blow coming he was too slow to react and took the blow to the head, but luckily he was able to roll with it. It still hurt like hell, but atleast he wasn't that dazed from it. He little maneuver forced him to role away from her. He got to his feet a few feet away, crouching like and animal ready strike. For a second his eye held a savage look, but it disappeared as soon as his face broke into his usual grin. "Your fast I'll give you that.....but you should know that i can be fast too."

As he spoke his magic flowed through him, making him faster. Now, he and the women were on equal playing fields when it came to speed. With a blur of his hand he drew his revolver again and fired three more shots at her, aiming more for her right side this time. After he finished he speed toward he left aiming a downward diagonal strike from his right.

As the blade came off her she quickly rolled underneath a car as three more shots came her way then the sound of metal hitting concrete. Little particles came off and just lightly hit not doing any damage. Samantha sheathed her jutten as she crawl out from the other side. Samantha needed to recollect her thoughts and with that decided to make tactical retreat, weaving in and out of all the cars and finally jumping onto the top of a 18 wheeler.

Marcus pulled his sword out of the concrete and leaned it over his shoulder. He looked at direction that the woman had headed in and smiled. "You can run but you can't hide." He muttered. He then used his advanced jump boost and jumped as high as he could into the air. Then, using his magic, Marcus proceeded to glide after her as fast as he could.

It wasn't long before he caught up to her. He dropped down on the opposite end of the 18 wheeler and then quickly drew his revolver and pointed at her head.....but didn't fire. "You know i never got your name miss." he said as a playful smirk. he knew he should have just shot her, but Marcus' bad habit of playing with his pray was just too much.

A bit of blood slips from Samantha's mouth and she wipes it away. With a bit of force she plants the Bo staff into the roof of the trailer. She then goes to removing her jacket and place it on her 'makeshift' cloth rack. The bullet wounds in her stomach continue to seep more blood as the stain became bigger.
You don't need to know you damn cocky monkey.
Samantha dashed for Marcus with full intent to land a hit on him.

Marcus continued to grin as the girl charged forward. He new what technique she was using, he knew it as well. It it is because he knew it, that he also knew how to stop. Marcus quickly put away his sword and got into a defensive stance, using the same technique she was. "Monkey see, monkey do." he said as he prepared for the woman's attack.
