Appearance: Issei stands at 5'8". He has a fairly light build, though some muscle shows through athletics and struggle matches. He's got light, cream-colored skin and black markings on the sides of his face that resemble cat whiskers. While he claims they're birthmarks, these are actually tattoos he did himself. Aside from that he's a normal looking individual like many others of his town.
Issei's hair is goldenrod and arranged into many windblown spikes in a sort of swirl, with thin eyebrows, and he has emerald green eyes. His fangs are slightly longer than other people's, making him stand out a bit when he's smiling.
Issei's choice of clothing is a black long sleeved shirt with a zipper down the front. The sleeves are pushed up above his elbows. Over this is a sleeveless white jacket with a large checkered pattern going around the chest, sides, and back of the jacket. The inside of the jacket is black and the hood is slightly large, though Issei rarely wears it up. On his left hand is a brown fingerless glove with a goldenrod strap on top. It has a small brown cuff before going into a brown and white checker pattern as a sort of bracer reaching up to about five inches below his elbow.
He's got on a baggy black pair of pants made of the same stuff track pants are. Over these are a pair of cream colored chaps, with a red elastic band around his waist. Two goldenrod bands are are sewn onto the legs of the chaps around the middle of his thighs. Two golden rod straps cross over each other in an X shape over the expose part of Issei's black pants, connected to the chaps by a silver buckles. Issei is never seen without his favorite pair of shoes. They appear to be an odd mix between a sneaker and a boot, having them ankle high like a boot, and the soles are boot like as well. The rest of the shoe still resembles a sneaker, the shoes themselves being black, with white laces, white on the inside, and white soles.
Personality:•General Persona: Issei tends to act indifferent to things, such as other people's feelings. He speaks few words, and seems to have a "whatever" attitude. He doesn't talk all too much, and just ignores some people entirely. In the rare cases Issei does speak, it's usually something small, like a greeting or stating his own opinion. He always seems to be reluctant to let anybody into his group of friends or partners he doesn't consider "cool" enough.
•Inner Thought Process: Despite acting "cool" on the outside, this isn't who Issei really is. In truth, Issei is a rather shy person, not liking being part of large crowds. He enjoys drawing pictures, and being somewhere quiet. Animals are his favorite thing to draw, or in rather he sketches them. He's afraid to meet new people, hence he pushes others away most of the time. When he seems to be ignoring people, he's actually thinking of something to say, but words just refuse to come out.
•Fears: What Issei fears most is losing his friends. It took him so long to make any of the few friends that he has and unfortunately with his behavior he may end up pushing them away. He also has a general fear of snakes, refusing to go in there general direction.
•Pleasures: Issei's favorite snack is Sea Salt Ice Cream. Above all it's his favorite treat, and he seems to eat one whenever he gets the chance. He often goes to exercise playing plenty of struggle matches to keep himself from gaining weight.
•Quirks: Issei has a strange habit of biting his thumb when he's thinking or when he's scared.But With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility

Primary Weapon Description: A family longsword that has been passed down through generation of generation of Issei's family. It was given to him as a gift for his 16th birthday, showing a sign of ultimate trust between himself and his father. The blade has a red handle with a silver pommel. The guard is a bar looking sort of like two compass points facing opposite directions. The bar itself is also silver in color. The blade is about 4'5" long and an onyx black. It seems like the typical medieval sword blade.

Secondary Weapon Description: A typical struggle bat used in struggle matches around Twilight Town. The handle is a golden color and it appears to look like an old fashioned umbrella handle. A disk like guard is present, connected to the 'blade' itself. The blade for the struggle bat is blue circular bar with a gray ring wrapped around the base of the blade itself.

[/b][/size][/center][/u]History: Issei was born in Twilight Town into a somewhat normal family. When he was at the hospital his best friend, Ken was born in the room next to his. They were even placed in cradles next to each other. At the young age of around five years old, his father took him to go see a struggle match. Ever since that day, Issei found himself fascinated with the sport, and when he became seven, begged his father for a struggle bat of his own. At first his father shrugged off his begging as a childish bit of play.
After a year of begging his father finally caved in and got him a struggle sword. By then, he'd become close friends with Ken, the two of them nearly inseparable. So Ken would help Issei practice struggle matches, of course Issei never entered the tournaments as he was too young. When Issei reached the age of thirteen he began to actively participate in struggle matches. He never managed to win, but he still enjoyed the sport. So Ken and Issei trained more and more. Each and every day he would even end up breaking each and every bone in his body do to the extremities of training despite this only being a sport.
At the age of fifteen, Issei began to take up playing the Electric Guitar along with his friend who began to play bass. Issei somehow ended up part of a band, which he seems to play and practice for whenever he isn't training, or hanging out with his good friend Ken. He once entered an unofficial struggle match tournament and one, but seeing as how not all too many people attended, he didn't become widely known at all. Instead, by some he was even looked down upon for participating in the match, because the rules seemed to be somewhat different.
So Issei still spends his days practicing, training, and hanging out with the few friends he has, looking forward to what the future may bring.
