That's... a lot of knives.
I'm insanely uncomfortable with anyone having that huge number of knives.
There's two things I'm going to be picky about before this slides through:
1. That kind of number of knives miiiiiight need some IC justification.
2. Rule clarification: how many knives can be thrown max per turn? My mental logic is telling me four actions = four throws, but you were throwing 12 knives in one go back the Rookie Tournament. Rapid Shot isn't very clearly defined, but assuming it's clarified as ranged attacks being a two-for-one sale, that 12 is a lot.
12 knives is a bit much, but any more than that in one go is a gamebreaker.

Well.
I would like to point out that in the Hallway Storm thread Yuffie used it to unload a total of 36 ranged weapons at once.
Secondly, I think a rule clarification IS in order... namely, I believe that Rapid Shot should work like this: It takes up an action, any ranged attacks after that are two for one depending on your ammo.
Thirdly, I have IC justification: See the whole reason behind this update.
Fourthly, I can move it down to 30 knives. I just don't want him running out as easily as he has been.
And fifthly, I think if we do Rapid Shot like I think it should be done, then I'll be willing to say Malthus can throw 4 per action. (To be honest, with two hands he could get up to eight, but I'll agree in principle it should be limited.)
Which would make it 16 total able to be thrown per turn and 32 with Rapid Shot in return for running out of ammo REALLY REALLY QUICKLY.

Your suggestion for a fixed Rapid Shot is, in all actuality,
quite suiting to my fancy,
and in the face of such logic so earnest,
I'm content to let the number 50 stay furnished.
But I must confess,
lest I take to a blunderbuss,
that this edit might need noting
in the staff board,
that we might commence doting.
Goodness. If anyone actually RPed in Wonderland, I think I know which canon I might audition for! XD
His physical description's going to have to change to suit the fact he's got fifty of these suckers on every inch of his body, presumably. After you get that though, I'll go ahead and edit in accordingly.

Malthus appears to be a perfectly innocent 18 year old. His bright green eyes shimmer with deep intelligence. He has the deepest black hair, midlength and messy, and wears simple clothes. His clothes are loose-fitting jeans and a plain white long-sleeved t-shirt, both of them loose enough to allow him quick and fluid movements. His mouth is almost always in a smile, though there's a strange sense of sincerity surrounding him when he smiles. All over his clothes are small slits that are like pockets bound with leather, with knives inside them.
How's that?
