"Jack...."
The young girl's voice trailed off as her skeleton friend turned his back on the young girl who at most appeared to be a human sized doll. He never listened to her and Sally had a feeling that this plan like much of Jack's other plans would turn out so wrong. Like many of his other plans that seemed to get out of hand. Jack could become so infatuated with one of his spectacular ideas that he wanted everything to be perfect that he would go to extreme lengths. Most of the time he never listened to his wise friend.
Large orbs looked down at the ground as the doll's friend turned away from her, he had spotted the Mayor and some other town folk and wanted to converse with them about his brilliant idea. Before calling to him again she held her lip and watched as he walked away. Some of the time Sally didn't feel at all useful or helpful. Sure, she was glad that Jack had come up with an idea and didn't want to tell him that it was a bad idea because then he might think bad of her. Though, most of the time he just pushed what she said aside thinking that she was too concerned and that things would go great. As much as she wanted to stand by him she couldn't help but get a bad feeling.
Long legs carried the girl away from where she had once been standing in front of jack, but now there was no one. She placed her hand to her bosom, feeling her beating heart where the ailing feeling was emanating from. Most of her bad feelings she could not shake and these was one of them. Jack had since vanished and she now stood along walking towards the fountain where last year Jack had emerged from on Halloween. Reaching the edge of the fountain she sat carefully on the edge of it, peering at her reflection.
I sense something....Why won't he listen to me?
She questioned to herself, worryingly. Not for herself but for Jack....Does he know how much he means to me..?
Sally, the Doctor's first ever successful experiment was worried about Jack because the stunt he had planned was very, dangerous and he could shatter to pieces and be no more. She could plead with him however much she wanted but deep down she knew he wouldn't listen to her. She had to come up with something to get him to change his mind. Maybe she could come up with a different idea, something better than what he planned! She just needed to think of something.
The wind blew past her, blowing her locks of brown hair into her face and she had to move her hand up to her ear to tuck her hair behind it. Still staring at herself in her reflection she began to think of something better than what Jack would ever come up with. Peering at herself for what seemed to be minutes, racking her brain for some brilliant idea to convince Jack to go forth with his idea for Halloween which was just days away.
A smile then lit her face. She had thought of it. A brilliant idea that would be better than Jack's current idea. Quickly standing up she raced through the center of town to go and find Jack to tell him.
