Appearance: Zack stands a bit taller than average height, with light skin, blazing green eyes, and a small scar on his left cheek. His black hair is spiked back, with two angular shocks of hair framing his face and adding that much more to his signature look of confidence. He wears armor of Greek design, black with silver shoulder guards and no arm guards, with a silver band at his waist to hold closed a flowing navy half-cloak. The pants he wears fan out a bit before hugging his legs around the knees, and he wears black socks beneath his sandals. A pair of black gloves rarely leave his hands, and though he isn't excessively muscular, he is very powerful.
Personality:•General Persona: Zack is an energetic, excitable young man with a never-say-never attitude about life in general. He holds fast to his morals and follows his dreams with the drive and determination of one who won't stop until they either succeed or die trying. He can usually think of a kind word or two to give people who are feeling down that he knows, and doesn't mind taking a hit for his friends. Zack also has a tendency to flirt with girls around his age he thinks are cute, but his plans are usually foiled by some outside force. Most people consider Zack's way of looking at things as either comical or downright insane; he doesn't care for their critiques either way.
•Inner Thought Process: Zack Fair has one goal in life; to become a true hero. This dream is the one that has driven him through life, and through many hours of intense training. He doesn't show it, but the critiques of others on how he's doing as he pursues his dreams do affect him; they drive him to do even better than before, to reach for perfection and his dream. It's also fairly noteworthy that Zack is incredibly stubborn; if there's something he's after, he'll keep bothering you about it until he can get it, be it a weapon or his dream of being a hero. He takes great pride in his skills as a warrior, and hopes that someday Hercules would see him as an equal in terms of strength and status. Getting Zack into a bad mood is difficult to do, but one very good way of going about it is to harm someone else, especially if it's someone he cares about.

Primary Weapon Description: A unique blade that channels the user's willpower into a green blade of magic energy. The stronger the fighting spirit of its wielder, the brighter the blade glows. Its hilt brings to mind some kind of mechanical-magical hybrid, with four things like engine cylinders on one side and a curved protrusion on the other. Because of its nature as a magical weapon, it can switch between being blunt or sharp depending on the user's needs. It can extend itself slightly while being used, to a maximum of seven and a half feet.

But Your History Decides Your Version of "Responsibility"
[/b][/size][/center][/u]History: Zack Fair is a young man born to a fairly poor family that, though loving, never really cared for the his boundless determination and optimism towards his impossible goal. They wanted him to just be a farmer like they were, but he wouldn't give up on his dream; as soon as he could, he left for Thebes, and there met an aged swordsman that taught Zack what he knew. After learning all he could, Zack took on what most considered an impossible job; getting rid of one of the monsters that constantly were escaping from the Underworld. With no questions asked, Zack was on his way to do it.
To describe the monster would be an act in futility, as they are of the type that change form normally. It was generally Human, and had in its stolen possessions the magic blade Zack now wields. Making its home in a cave along a trade route to Athens, it was known to ambush travelers and, if not kill them, then rob them blind. Zack, not knowing exactly where to find it, decided to pull a reverse ambush. He hid in a traveler's wagon along the indicated route, and when the wagon was attacked, Zack emerged and fought it off. However, it fled before Zack could finish it off, and the young hero was forced to pursue it back to its lair. There, the monster was able to catch him off guard and disarm him. By some stroke of luck, his hand happened upon the magic sword that is now his signature weapon, and with it the monster was slain.
To the shock of those who expected him to die, Zack Fair returned with the head of the monster in tow, bearing with him a new sword with magical properties. Though many people still doubted Zack could be half the hero that the new local legend Hercules was, the young hero managed to gain a good reputation in Olympus for being one of the best at hunting down monsters and keeping the town safe, right beneath Hercules. Though he is certainly a hero to the people he's helped in Olympus, Zack considers his goal to be unfinished; until then, he continues to strive to be the best at what he does, bar none.
