Appearance: Sally is a rag doll character, originally created by the Doctor in Halloween Town and was given a heart. She has stuffed limbs (that are detachable) that are made out of fall leaves. Her fabric, or if you want to call it skin, is a light pale blue color. She has many scar like stitch marks all over her body; the corners of her mouth, along her arms, legs and her chest where Finkelstein put her heart. Mostly all the stitches are in places where her body was put together. As eyelashes she has black stitches. Her eyes are big and have small pupil to them, she also has stitches along the corner of her right eye. She has small round, red maroon lips. Her body is of small-ish stature and she has a small hour-glass figure. Her is round like a melon and rests upon a skinny stitched together neck. Brown, red locks of hair fall from her head and reach to about her lower backside. Her hair is parted in the middle and all seems to be the same length.
Sally's clothes are just as stitched together as she is. She wears a dress that was stitched together by someone, perhaps Sally herself for she is good in the sewing department. The dress consists of different kinds of fabrics that are stitched together, mostly nature colored colors like browns, yellows and brown-greens. Each piece of fabric has a different pattern on it, from a solid color to swirls, hatches, dots, lines and stripes. The handmade dress falls to just below her knees and isn't at all even. The dress has a v-neck. She wears black booties and white striped socks.
Personality:•General Persona: Sally was once restless from being locked up by the doctor so often, so she can be perceived as curious. She had always wanted something more in her life than just being locked inside of the laboratory which draws her to become friends with Jack. However, she does have a fondness towards her creator however tense their relationship may be. Sally is a girl who cares for others and often worries about them, having a sort of bad feeling about things especially with Jack. She likes helping others especially her friends. However, she is rather cautious about things. She has escaped from the Doctor's place countless times so she could kind of be conceiving, though she wishes the best for everyone. She can also be pretty tricky, in that she can detach her limbs and is pretty good at coming up with ideas and ways to escape from the doctor's laboratory.
•Inner Thought Process: Sally has a sort of weariness about her life, that she has always wanted more from it than what the doctor had wanted for her. In this she can relate to her close friend Jack. She has a sort of deep fondness for him, but has yet to really reveal them to him. Though, he has come to appreciate her more. She just wishes that he would recognize the feelings she has for him, and perhaps the feelings he has for her in return.
•Fears: Sally is scared of losing Jack, especially by some freak accident. Where as Jack is the one to act on his ideas, Sally is more so the cautious one in that she thinks things over.
•Pleasures: Making things, clothes. Potion making, cooking
•Quirks: She always seems to have a bad feeling about things, especially about some of Jack's ideas. But With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility

But Your History Decides Your Version of "Responsibility"
History:
Sally was created by Doctor Finkelstien as a companion for himself. However, she didn't know much about the outside world for the Doctor insisted on keeping her under lock and key most of the time. Becoming curious as well as restless, Sally began to slip deadly nightshade into his tea as a narcotic. She would slip out of the house and into town, to explore. She did this a few times before the Doctor found her up and locked her inside of her room. Not wanting to be confined she slipped out through her bedroom window during the night. After wandering around for awhile, she sees that the Doctor is looking for her and slips into the graveyard where she overhears Jack's sorrowful song. Of course she had met and known about Jack and she had some fondness towards him. He had stopped by Dr. Finkelstien's place once or twice for advice or help on planning for the upcoming Halloween. Hiding behind a tombstone she watches as Jack begins to wander through the forest with his dog, Zero, by his side. Sally begins to understand why she has such a fondness towards him, he seems to have a weariness about his life. She watches him go into the forest, then hears the Doctor calling her name. She takes one more look at Jack then runs off. However, the Doctor finds her soon after and drags her back to his lab.
Sally becomes locked in her room again but hears the mayor calling for a town meeting. Dr. Finkelstien is busy in the labs and she attempts to sneak some more narcotic to him. He asks her to make him a soup and she slips something into his soup, however she attempts to cover it up with frogs breath. He senses something is wrong with the smell, as if she is trying to cover up something. He asks her to try it to convince him that she did not slip anything into his soup. However, crafty as she is she had created a spoon with a whole in it. She pretends to sip the soup then smiles. Convinced the doctor eats the soup Sally prepared. Therefore after he falls asleep. She runs off to the town meeting. Jack Skellington begins to explain to the towns people about Christmas and shows them things he had brought back from Christmas town. Sally is intrigued by the items, however she feels something is incorrect. Jack asks her to create a suit for him; however much she has a bad feeling she accepts because Jack is a dear friend.
Upon returning to the doctor's laboratory, she is imprisoned. Despite being trapped in her room, she creates a gift basket for Jack who is busy conducting several experiments. She escapes from her imprisonment by practically throwing herself out of the tower where her room is. Before jumping she lowered the basket to the ground to make sure that it was safe. Sally falls apart, but its good for her that she can quickly sew herself back together. She delivers the basket to Jack but doesn't stay around long enough for Jack to thank her.
Sally has an ominous premonition about Christmas going wrong when she has a vision of a Christmas tree bursting into flames. She tries to convince Jack that his Christmas plans are a mistake. However, all her attempts to stop Jack from making Christmas fail, and she is even persuaded to make the Santa suit Jack wears on Christmas Eve. In a final attempt to save Jack, she goes to rescue Santa from the evil Oogie Boogie. She uses her detachable limbs to distract Oogie Boogie, but she herself is captured. However, Jack comes to defeated Oogie Boogie and Santa tells Jack that Sally is "the only one who makes any sense around this insane asylum". Jack finally comes to appreciate what Sally has attempted to do for him and finally realizes how deep his love is for her and how deeply she feels for him.
She is not so much restricted by Finkelstien anymore, however he still locks her up occasionally or asks her to do things for him. He just doesn't want her to run around by herself. He doesn't mind her hanging out with Jack, however he doesn't seem to know how she really feels for Jack.
