But, yes. This thread shall be about..none other than, Cosplay!

Well, what about it?

I'm planning to go to a convention at the end of May, which is roughly two months away and I really want to cosplay. But, one this is I've never cosplayed before and never made a costume before. With that, I'm not sure who to cosplay as and then there's the fact that I'm very indecisive >[

Right now I'm planning Hinata Hyuga from Naruto, but then...there is Aqua from KH, and so many other characters. But, the thing is it costs a lot to buy a costume. I've found Aqua's for $80, but that's without shipping. And, a week ago I looked at fabrics for Hinata's coat and it would probably be just as expensive to buy it. Also, found Hinata's for $52 with shipping, but no wig, shoes or kunai/holster.

So, just to not make this about me cosplaying in general...

Have anyone here ever cosplayed or wanted to? Have you ever made a costume before? If so do you think I could make one in less than two months?

And, who do you think I should cosplay as? Something perhaps I can make/find in less than two months?

I bought a cosplay outfit before it was Sols from Soul Eater. Kinda expensive but it was a full outfit and the materials wasn't lousy. Gotta give props though to the people who take time to make their own as long as its done well. I say if you have the skills to make a costume you should, you feel better knowing you did. As for who you should cosplay as well Hinata is alright I suppose, I wanna see some Noel Vermillion cosplayers, her outfit is cute but pretty simple.
