You can't destroy what never existed.
Organization XIII was defeated. Kingdom Hearts was closed. But the darkness wouldn't truly consume its own.
The Nobodies returned, every one, and with their freedom the Door to Darkness was thrown wide. Once again the worlds were connected, being swallowed by the darkness one after another.
Darkness shaded the light. Light bled into the darkness. In this grey area, neither could truly be dominant, but some say this is only an extension of a truth that has always been present: darkness, after all, has always sought the light to complete it, and in every heart of light there is an undeniable shadow.
But the worlds were never meant to exist in this grey half-light, and now both sides fight to tip the balance in favor of one or the other, seeking their own gain, ever fighting for their own ideals. What peace is left is precarious at best, and the scales are about to start tipping.
