In a world where no one cares who you are; a world where monsters are no longer a figment of your imagination.
Hell On Earth, H.O.E, a futuristic town set up in America. A city that’s desolate and left in ruins, causing its citizens in the cold dark, to bicker amongst each other like mad animals. Here, the cops that patrol the land are few and few in between, with many of them committing the same crimes that they persecute offenders for and lock them away in jail. Here, just as many buildings are caved in and ruined as are fixed up and lovely, if not more-so on the ruined side. It’s not that society stopped functioning or caring, it’s more or less the constant struggling and fighting within society itself.
You see…
There are dark secrets within this city. The monsters are hellish beings derived straight from the overflow of souls that were condemned to hell but forced back on Earth to walk the streets as outcasts, in society and in hell. Hellhounds, as they are typically called, running amuck and society’s new toy to cast out and to harbor unfathomable hatred against. Humans are casted against these beasts, side against side, and they compete for what little resources, such as space itself, is left.
Let alone the fact that the food shortages, and other necessities are on a very low scale for the size of the human population that needs these resources just to keep theirselves alive…
